As a full service ship agency we are capable of filing all pre-arrival notices for vessels including the Electronic Notice of Arrival (E-NOA) and complying with all U.S. Government Agency requirements. As owners representatives we can provide crew transport and repatriation, spare parts delivery, cash-to-master deliveries; and crew medical services. We also are experienced in handling ship on-hire/off-hire, drayage, cargo surveys, as well as working with P&I Clubs and arrested vessels.
We specialize in container, break-bulk, heavy lift, and oversized cargo logistics including customs processing of titles, preparation of statements of facts, bills of lading, filing of AES, and general cargo manifesting. We can arrange for cargo delivery via a vast network of localized drayage, long-haul over-the-road, and rail.
